In this group mobility class we will explore and take control of the full range of motion within our joints. By strengthening our end ranges of flexibility we assure our nervous system that we intend to use this space and that we are capable of controlling it. Over time, the nervous system will unlock more available range. Greater mobility and strong joints equals greater efficiency of strength and reduced risk of injury.
