New One Island Strength & Mobility course coming to Metabolic Reykjavik!

Summer is winding down and as we send the kids back to school and ourselves back to work, this time of year always feels like a time to level up in all areas of our lives. In the spirit of taking our bodies to the next level, I'm excited to announce that, starting 7.sept, I will be hosting weekly One Island Strength & Mobility group training sessions at Metabolic Reykjavik in the form of a recurring 6-week program.

Mobility training is not about soft, passive stretching in an effort to become more bendy. It is about targeting your weak links so that your entire chain may become stronger. It is taking your body parts to their end range and cultivating strength and control. If you are not including some mobility training in your personal programming, you are not only leaving yourself susceptible to injury and constant micro-pains, you're also missing out on a sure-fire way to level up your physical performance in the weight room and on the playing field.

Every 6 weeks we will focus on one specific area of the body so that we may achieve real results that we can see and feel in our bodies.
Participants will also receive access to videos of the classes so that they may revisit the routines on their own.


As a special "Back to School" gift, Metabolic is offering to cover the bill for one FREE trial class on the 24th of August before we dive into the program on the 7th.
Classes will be held every Thursday evening from 18:45-20:00.
